Digital Control System (Sentry III+) allows for an accurate, easy-to-adjust temperature to keep your wine between 50°F and 60°F, the ideal temperature for storing and aging wine.

You can use the Bottle Probe (sold separately) to enhance the temperature control of your wine cellar by measuring the temperature of the liquid in the bottles.

The Power Outage Protection system delays the start of the unit after a power outage to protect the unit from being damaged, while the Blocked Air Protection system shuts the unit down in case of high temperature caused by condenser blockage.
