Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Item
When you receive an item, please check to make sure that you have received the correct item, and is in good condition. If you have received an incorrect item, damaged item (damaged packaging and/or more than normal wear and tear in transit could mean the item may have been damaged), or defective item, please keep all the packaging and the product, and contact us at info@wineitnow.com within 24 hours of the shipment being delivered. We will provide you with additional information to correct the order.
For returns of defective, incorrect, and damaged items, we (Wine It Now) will pay for the return shipping costs.
Buyer's Remorse
We understand that there are "Oops! I changed my mind" moments in life.
Please get in touch with us at info@wineitnow.com. We will review the product and each customer's case and decide if the purchase and the product are eligible for return.
For buyer's remorse, unfortunately, we kindly ask the customer to pay for the return shipping costs.
If you would like to cancel the order, please reach out to us within 24~36 hours.
No Restocking Fees
We want our customers to have peace of mind when doing business with us. Many companies will charge a 'restocking fee' for returns, but Wine It Now will not charge this fee because we are in this for our customers.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Personalized & customized items / "Made-to-Order" Items.
- Items without their original packaging, manuals, accessories, or parts.
- The item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.
- The returned item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
- The item being returned has been heavily used.
- The item being returned has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.
How Long a Refund Takes
Typically, it takes about 1~2 weeks for the refund to be fully processed. If you do not receive the refund in 2 weeks, please reach out to us at info@wineitnow.com.
Other Things to Note
- Please keep the original packaging so you can easily repack the item in the event of a return.
- Include all manufacturer's original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
- Refunds & exchanges will only be processed after the returned product is received and fully inspected.
