- 15 Chicken Wings
- 1 Cup of Soy Sauce (I usually go for the "Low-sodium" one)
- 1 Tablespoon of Stevia (or Sugar)
- 3 Tablespoons of honey
- 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 1 Teaspoon of sesame oil
Let's make it!
1. Wash the raw chicken wings well (if you bought frozen ones, just put them in water and let it thaw)
2. Add ground black pepper to raw chicken wings and toss it well (you can also add some milk)
3. Let the chicken sit for at least 30 minutes (this will get rid of any smell)
4. Bake the marinated chicken wings in air fryer (30 minutes at 356°F or 180°C)
5. Mix the soy sauce, stevai, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil to make the sauce (you can add the sesame seeds here or sprinkle it before serving)
6. Take the chicken wings out of the air fryer and pour the sauce over the cooked chicken wings
7. Toss the chicken wings in the sauce
8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on finished chicken wings (optional)
9. Serve & enjoy!
