Our products are shipped from warehouses all over the US.
Shipping Times
Typically, it will take about 5-7 business days for our customers to receive the order. However, for "made-to-order" and custom products it can take up to 3~4 weeks.
Shipping Costs
We provide free shipping for orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, there is a flat shipping charge of $4.99
Where We Don't Ship
Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US islands.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to the product being delivered damaged or defective or the wrong product being delivered, the customer will be responsible for a restocking fee (refer to return policy), the original shipping fee, and the return shipping fees.
