The Arteflame fire pit looks like a piece of art adding ambiance to your backyard. The seamlessly spun bowl is crafted from a single piece of corten steel. Corten steel, also called "weathering" steel, is designed to stay outside and develop a gorgeous natural patina that will last a lifetime.

The design is modular, so all other Arteflame 40" accessories fit this fire pit as well.

The bowl is designed with a flat bottom that has large air vent holes in it. Together with the firebase, it provides airflow for a smokeless fire.

This fire bowl has to be supported to ensure stability and unobstructed air holes in the bottom. It's the perfect option if you already have a stone structure in mind to support this gorgeous fire bowl.

Shipping

Shipping Time

We will usually ship the product out from our warehouse 2~3 days after you place an order. The actual shipping time will vary depending on where you are located, but it will usually take about 4~7 business days. Therefore, you can expect to receive your item 6~10 business days after you place an order.

Shipping Cost

Any item over $50 will ship for free to contiguous US states.

Weight of Product

Since this is a heavy and large item, we will ship via freight shipping. Please make sure to provide us with a valid cell phone number so that the delivery person can contact you to arrange shipping.

The product will be delivered to your door only. Many of our products are large and heavy. Please make sure to have someone available to help you get the product into your home, and to the place in your home where you want to keep the product.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in your product's manual, your unit is protected by a manufacturer's limited warranty for 3 years from the original date of purchase. During this time, the manufacturer will replace any parts of the product that prove to be defective in materials and workmanship, provided the product has been used under normal operating conditions as intended by the manufacturer.

Terms
During the period the product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, any components found to be defective due to materials or workmanship will be replaced, at the manufacturer's discretion, at no charge to the original purchaser. The purchaser will be responsible for any removal or transportation costs.

We recommend that you keep the packaging your product arrived in so that you have the required packaging available in the event of a return.

Exclusions
NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: The manufacturer and wineitnow.com are not responsible for economic loss; profit loss; or special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE: This warranty is not assignable and applies only in favor of the original purchaser/user to whom delivered. Any such assignment or transfer shall void the warranties herein made and shall void all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

IMPROPER USE: The manufacturer and wineitnow.com assume no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damages resulting from improper usage or installation or failure to clean and/or maintain the product as set forth in the warranty packet provided with the unit.

ALTERATION, NEGLECT, ABUSE, MISUSE, ACCIDENT, DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT OR INSTALLATION, FIRE, FLOOD, ACTS OF GOD: The manufacturer and wineitnow.com are not responsible for the repair or replacement of any parts that the manufacturer determines have been subjected after the date of manufacture to alteration, neglect, abuse, misuse, accident, damage during transit or installation, fire, flood, or act of God.

OUTSIDE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES: This warranty does not apply to, and the manufacturer and wineitnow.com are not responsible for, any warranty claims made on products sold or used outside the Contiguous (48) United States. To be clear, this
warranty excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore territories, as well as Canada

How to Obtain Service
When making a warranty claim, please have the original bill of purchase with the purchase date available. The purchaser will be responsible for any removal or transportation costs. Replacement parts and/or units will be new, remanufactured, or refurbished and are subject to the manufacturer's discretion.
