[Dish 1 - 'Roll Your Salmon' Canapé]
(Ingredients)
- 1 Pack of smoked salmon
- ​Basil leaves
- ​Pickled olives
- ​Cherry tomatoes
- ​Cream cheese
- ​Your favorite crackers (I prefer whole meal, unsalted)
(Recipe)
 - Cut cherry tomatoes into 1/4
 - Cut olives into halves
 - Put a slice of smoked salmon flat
 - Put a basil leaf on top of the salmon
 - Put a 1/4 cut of cherry tomato on top of the basil leaf
 - Put a 1/2 of olive on top of the basil leaf
 - Roll up the salmon & put is aside
 - Put crackers on the serving board or plate
 - Add cream cheese to the crackers
 - Add the salmon roll on top of the crackers
 - (Optional) Sprinkle some parsley or coriander (cilantro)
 - Serve & enjoy!
[Dish 2 - 'Chop Your Salmon' Canapé​]
(Ingredients)
- 1 Pack of smoked salmon
- 1 small paprika (I use 1/2 of two different colored paprikas to make it look nice)
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese (keep it in room temperature for about 5 minutes to make the mixing easy)
- ​Your favorite crackers (I prefer whole meal, unsalted)
- Grapes 
- Olives
(Recipe)
 - Chop up the smoked salmon into small pieces
 - Chop the paprika into small pieces
 - Add chopped smoked salmon and chopped paprikas into a mixing bowl
 - Add 1/2 cup of cream cheese
 - Mix the ingredients well
 - Put crackers on the serving board or plate
 - Add the smoked salmon mixture on top of the crackers
 - Add grapes & olives on top of the salmon mixture​
 - (Optional) Sprinkle some parsley or coriander (cilantro)
 - Serve & enjoy!​
